Suniya 360 provides support services for the District’s Bond and State funded projects throughout the design phases, assisting the District in right-sizing programs, ensuring projects align with the FMP and the Space Array, encouraging consistency across all projects for equity and compliance with district and state standards, and routinely assisting the District and the Bond Manager with her CCD expertise in answering questions regarding CCCCO practices & standards, and best approach practices for space and program needs as they arise. S360 also assists the District with swing, implementation, and space planning studies to find solutions for accommodating small program relocations, and testfits for multiple departments requiring swing.

 

By analyzing space utilization data, the space inventory, and district planning documents, Suniya 360 developed the Ocean Campus Space Array which provides the roadmap for current and future planning, including a strategy for the eventual demolition of old buildings and portables. The Space Array looks at the whole picture to ensure that every program has a home, and that programs are collocated for optimum utilization of resources and student way-finding.

Additionally, Suniya 360 updated the District's Five Year Capital Plan in 2021 and 2022, which included adjusting WSCH distribution data across all campuses and categories, updating JCAF31 information for Bond funded projects, preparation of IPPs and FPPs, and all other 5YCP tasks in FUSION.
